Caravan World Pakenham has a fully equipped service department with experienced technicians happy to assist with your servicing & repair needs. The workshop is located within a 5 minute walk from the sales office, easy to find and access. If you cannot get your van to us, we can arrange pick up and drop off for you, (charges may apply).
What our service department offers
Maintenance Servicing
We offer full servicing and all mechanical adjustments and repairs required for correct caravan maintenance. Just like your car, a van should be serviced regularly to ensure the best performance and safety standards. Everything from wheel bearings and brakes to the kitchen taps, we do the lot.
Insurance Repairs
We can also carry out repairs for collisions and accidental damage, storm damage, torn awnings, water damage and every other scenario you may encounter. Just give is a call and we can pick up your van if needed, tell us your insurance details and we can manage the entire claim for you.
Accessories / Modifications / Upgrades
Need to fit solar? Want to add an awning or annexe? Want to change a dining table to a fold down bed? Our technicians have worked in the caravan industry for years and if it’s possible, we can do it.

Hi and thanks for taking the time to fill in this form, once received someone will call you to confirm the details. Please read the following information.
Our team will endeavour to complete your service work as quickly as possible however there can be delays beyond our control. As a precaution you should allow for the possibility that your vehicle could be with us for longer than expected, some parts come from interstate and can take up to 2 weeks to source. In the interests of minimizing your bill we request that you bring your vehicle to us empty. We understand that this is not always possible and if needed we will move your belongings around as required but this service is charged at our hourly rate. Please also empty your fridge, we do not take responsibility for loss in the event your food suffers spoilage.
You can drop your vehicle off on your confirmed booking date at the service department between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. If you cannot bring your vehicle to us within these times please call the Admin office to discuss.
